West End Residents Against GCC Parking Permits (Click here)
I am against permits in the West End
We didn't need them before & we don't need to pay for the privilege of having a permit now. Here’s some reasons to start off with:
*Never had a problem parking before
*Not guaranteed a parking spot now
*Crazy 8am-10pm Mon-Sun restrictions for no reason
*Decrease in spaces since their introduction
*No due representative resident consultation
*ANOTHER bill to pay for no good reason
*Too many traffic wardens patrolling ALL the time
Go to the site above & sign the petition. It also has a pre-made letter for sending to your local counsellor
